Respect and consent

• Respect a person's boundaries, identity, availability, and decision not to engage.
• Do not pressure, threaten, stalk, shame, harass, or repeatedly contact someone who has declined.
• Consent must be freely given, specific, informed, and reversible. A match or message is never consent to sexual activity.

Authenticity

• Represent yourself honestly. Do not impersonate another person or mislead people about material facts.
• Do not use EXY for scams, commercial solicitation, recruitment, spam, or artificial engagement.
• Do not manipulate identity, verification, reports, or account controls.

Safety and dignity

• No hate, dehumanisation, unlawful discrimination, targeted abuse, or encouragement of violence.
• No sexual exploitation, coercion, trafficking, non-consensual intimate content, or content that sexualises anyone under 18.
• No credible threats, instructions for serious harm, glorification of self-harm, or promotion of dangerous illegal activity.
• Do not expose another person's private information, location, messages, or images without permission.

Content boundaries

Do not upload illegal content, graphic violence, unwanted explicit material, malware, stolen content, or anything that infringes another person's rights. Profile content must be suitable for discovery in an adult dating service without forcing explicit material on another member.

Report and block

Use report when a profile, introduction, message, or offline interaction may breach these standards or create a safety concern. Include useful context without putting yourself at further risk.

Use block whenever you want to end contact. Blocking is private. The other member is not told that you blocked them.

How EXY responds

EXY may review relevant account data and content, restrict features, remove content, preserve evidence, issue a warning, suspend an account, or permanently remove it. The response depends on severity, context, risk, and repeat behaviour. Serious risk may be referred to appropriate authorities where lawful and necessary.

To request review of an enforcement decision, email support@haloaiservices.com. Provide enough detail to identify the account and decision. We may limit what we disclose to protect reporters and other members.
