Use EXY with care

Before you meet

• Keep early conversations in EXY while you decide whether you trust the person.
• Do not send money, financial credentials, one-time codes, or identity documents.
• Look for inconsistencies, pressure, urgent financial stories, or attempts to move you off-platform immediately.
• Tell a trusted person where you are going, who you are meeting, and when you expect to return.

Availability is private

Your submitted availability is used to calculate an overlap. EXY does not show another member your full schedule. An exact mutual window appears only after both members accept. Do not add home addresses or sensitive travel details to messages or profile text.

Meeting in person

• Choose a busy public place and arrange your own transport.
• Keep your phone charged and avoid becoming dependent on the other person to leave.
• Stay aware of food and drinks. Do not leave them unattended.
• Trust your judgement. You can end a meeting or withdraw consent at any time.

Report and block

Use the in-app report control for suspected harm, deception, harassment, underage use, or standards violations. Use block to end contact privately. Preserve relevant messages or details when safe to do so, but do not confront someone or put yourself at risk to collect evidence.

After a difficult date

Get to a safe place and contact someone you trust. If there is immediate danger or a crime may have occurred, contact local emergency services. You can also report the member in EXY and email support@haloaiservices.com.
