Delete your EXY account
EXY provides permanent account deletion inside the app. Removing the app from your device does not delete your account.
Delete in the app
- Sign in to EXY.
- Open the Settings tab.
- Scroll to Danger Zone.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm Delete.
What deletion covers
Deletion removes your authentication account and associated EXY profile, matching preferences, private availability, introductions, connections, messages, media references, notification registration, and other service data tied to the account.
Narrow safety-report records and moderation text may be moved to a restricted store where necessary for fraud prevention, a live safety investigation, or the establishment or defence of claims. They are normally deleted within 24 months after account deletion. A documented legal obligation or legal hold may require a longer period, and the record is removed when that exception ends.
EXY keeps a pseudonymous deletion receipt, without your account identifier or email address, for 90 days to confirm completion and investigate a failed deletion. De-identified information that can no longer identify you may remain.
EXY removes the live media object during deletion. A copy already held in a device or content-delivery cache may remain retrievable until that cache expires. Storage-provider invalidation can take up to 60 seconds, while an older device cache may use the previous one-hour default.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@haloaiservices.com from the account email if possible. State that you want permanent account deletion. EXY will use proportionate checks to prevent another person from deleting your account.
Apple subscriptions
Deleting an EXY account does not itself cancel an Apple-managed subscription. If a subscription is offered and active, manage it separately in your Apple Account subscription settings.
