Quick answers about introductions, availability, account controls, and safety.
How are introductions selected?
EXY checks reciprocal requirements, account readiness, safety exclusions, home-region constraints, and overlapping availability. It offers a finite set rather than an endless swipe deck. EXY does not sell a better position or rank people by engagement, popularity, payment, or date outcome.
Can another member see my availability?
Not in full. Your windows stay private while EXY checks for overlap. An exact mutual window is revealed only when both people accept an introduction.
What happens when I decline?
The introduction ends for you. A decline does not create a replacement in the same introduction cycle, and the other person does not receive your private reason.
How do I report or block someone?
Open the relevant introduction, profile, or conversation and use its safety controls. Report sends the concern for review. Block privately ends the connection and prevents further contact through that route.
How do I change notification settings?
Open Settings in EXY. You can manage EXY notification preferences there and manage system-level permission in iOS Settings.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings, go to Danger Zone, and choose Delete Account. Removing the app from your phone is not account deletion. Read the deletion guide for more detail.
